About the maker:
Claire is a jeweller, silversmith and artist based by Annalong; at the foot of the Mourne Mountains. Rural life and the landscapes she grew up around have a strong influence on her practice, something she shows through the use of texture, form and material in her metalwork. Graduating from Ulster University’s Ceramics, Jewellery and Silversmithing degree course in Summer 2018, Claire had the chance to study abroad in Finland as well as exhibit her work as part of UU’s End of Year show and the prestigious New Designer’s exhibition in London.
