About the maker: 

Karen’s work is inspired by the magical world of storytelling in a land with angels, exotic birds, fish and flowers and adventures on the high seas.

Each piece is created using hand cast and painted plaster set within embossed and antiqued metal frames. The background is varnished and can be cleaned with a soft lint free cloth.
