About the maker:
“My images are inspired by the countryside where I live along with gorgeous gardens and beautiful landscapes I have seen on my travels in Ireland and Britain.
I also design and publish Algan Arts greetings cards. I have a B.A. Hons from the Art College in Belfast and a M.F.A. in Fine Art Printmaking from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, USA.
I have been in business, trading as Algan Arts, since 1995. I use my Victorian cast iron press to print my linocuts on Irish linen. It was made in 1837!”
