Thank you for shopping with us and supporting local designer / makers!

If you have seen something in our gallery or our social media but you can’t find it in our online shop, get in touch! We are adding new products all the time!

GOODS IN TRANSIT

Goods in transit are not insured. We regularly post ceramics and glass, each item is very well packaged to ensure maximum protection, however items are bought at the buyer’s own risk.

VARIATIONS IN PRODUCTS

The beauty of handmade is that no two products will be exactly the same. All items are handmade, this means the product may vary slightly from the image.

SECURITY

We are committed to ensuring that your personal data information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Craft NI is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. You can view our privacy policy here.

DELIVERY

Christmas Delivery:

To ensure you receive your items on time the following deadlines apply:

Deadline for 2nd class post is Saturday 18th of December at 1pm

Deadline for 1st class post is Monday 20th of December at 2pm

Currently we are only able to ship to the UK and Ireland but if you live outside of these areas, please get in touch and we will try to accommodate. Contact us: gallery(at)craftni.org

We are a small team but will endeavour to process orders as soon as possible. Once orders are processed delivery times are:

UK Deliveries: 3-4 working days.

ROI Deliveries: 4-5 working days.

During holiday closures normal delivery times will not apply. Please contact us with any queries by email: gallery(at)craftni.org.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds*.

Goods can be exchanged** within 30 days of purchase. Items and packaging must be in original condition with proof of purchase. Items can be returned to the gallery in person or by post. We regret we cannot cover the cost of postage.

*This does not affect your statutory rights. **With the exception of earrings for hygiene reasons.

Christmas Extended returns period:

Goods bought between 1^st November and 24^th December can be exchanged before 31^st January.

GIFT VOUCHERS / CREDIT

Gift Vouchers can be purchased for any amount.

Gift Vouchers and Credit Notes can be spent in our gallery or in our online shop, Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Credit notes are valid for six months.

Gift vouchers and Credit Notes can be used in a single transaction, for purchases lower than the value of the gift voucher a credit note will be issued for the remaining amount.

Gift Vouchers and Credit Notes cannot be exchanged for cash. Please keep Gift Vouchers and Credit Notes safe as they cannot be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.

Gift Vouchers and Credit Notes must be presented for verification at the time of purchase. For online sales, please enter the online code in the coupon section at the checkout.

VAT / CUSTOMS CHARGES

Customer based outside UK may need to pay customs charges on receipt of goods.

Craft NI does not charge VAT.

Craft NI reserves the right to update and change any terms and conditions without any prior notice.
