Foliage votives from the ‘SOLAS’ collection. Hand printed by Ruth Osborne in County Down, each votive is unique. The texture of the linen and patterns of the print are illuminated when a candle is placed inside the jar. Each light comes with a locally made beeswax tealight from County Down based Bellevue Bees and comes packaged in a kraft candle box.

The jar is a strong heat-resistant glass container.

About the maker

Ruth Osborne creates a range of unique original artworks, giclée prints and cards inspired by the local landscape, Irish Heritage and the natural environment. Her work is closely linked to the changing seasons, customs and traditions of the past and the natural world. Her original artworks are mainly created on Irish Linen and she works directly with natural materials as part of the printmaking process. Her studio is located by Strangford Lough in County Down.
