After graduating with a degree in Glass and Ceramics, Alison worked as a production potter for 25 years. She loves the qualities of clay, the way there is no resistance with it, that there is no need for tools to work it, and that she has direct expression from hand to clay. Alison finds inspiration in the garden and in the beautiful landscapes of County Down.
