“I am a wildlife artist illustrator and designer and a keen bird watcher. I am based in County Down in Northern Ireland. I create images and stories about the wildlife I see around me. Most of my ideas come from watching animals and drawing from life.

I love the endless array of colour variations that city pigeons appear in. I have tried to reflect this in my design using 60 separate pieces that can be made in different colours. In this way, like the real feral pigeon, the basic design is the same but each one is unique.”
